Tropical Sun Coat & Bake – what could be simpler! Get 2 bowls. In the first, place some Coat & Bake mixture. In the second, whisk an egg. Dip your chicken strips individually into the egg, roll in the Coat & Bake until the strip is covered, then put aside. Once all of your strips are coated, bake the chicken at 200 °C until piping hot and cooked through. Goes great with sweet potato fries and coleslaw!
